1. STUDENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM ON PRE PLACEMENT OREINTATION

DURATION: 1 DAY

VENUE: COLLEGE/OUTBOUND

It is the dream of every student to get placed in a top organization visiting the campus for final placements. Keeping this key aspect into consideration, it is realized that building competencies are pivotal for the young talents to enhance their employability skills and achieve a good career path. Along with subject expertise, development of a holistic personality is also necessary.

2. OUTBOUND LEARNING THROUGH A STRUCTURED EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING PROGRAM

DURATION: 3 DAYS
TRAINERS: EXTERNAL
VENUE: OUT OF COLLEGE/OUTBOUND

Structured Experiential Learning (SEL), formerly known as Outbound Learning (OBL), is based on the popular axiom “experience is the best teacher”. It integrates variety of fun- filled activities that simulates real-life situations and is conducted in a controlled, risk- free and non-threatening environment.

3. MICROSOFT EXCEL TRAINING PROGRAM

DURATION: 30 TO 40 HRS
TRAINERS: EXTERNAL
VENUE: COLLEGE

Microsoft Excel may seem intimidating at first, but by just starting to use the program for basic tasks in your life, you’ll get a better feel for how it works and also how it can make everything you do so much easier. A very important skill to be a part of the students armoury in their corporate journey.

4. PLACEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM

DURATION: 70 HRS

5. ENGLISH COMMUNICATION WORKSHOP

DURATION: 30 HOURS
TRAINERS: EXTERNAL
VENUE: COLLEGE

English is being used as the official language in over 70 countries. Fluency in English, both written and spoken plays a critical role in many aspects of corporate life from securing employment to communicating with clientele and achieving cohesive business partnerships all over the world. As a result, having an excellent knowledge of English for business has become vital for success in any employee’s career.
The program primary goal is to enable students in spoken English by teaching them the nuances of communication (business communication plus email writing) and also in increasing the comprehension capability of student to be excellent listeners there by being relevant in business communication.

6. INTERNSHIP VIVA-VOCE PROGRAM

DURATION: 1 DAY
INVIGILATORS: INDUSTRY PERSONNEL (MID AND TOP LEVEL MANAGEMENT ONLY)
VENUE: COLLEGE

As per University guidelines, the Internship shall be for a period of 4 weeks immediately after the completion of 2nd semester examinations but before the commencement of the 3rd semester classes. A viva-voce examination shall be conducted at the respective institution where a student is expected to give a presentation of his/ her work done during internship. (Viva voce is a Latin phrase literally meaning "with living voice" but most often translated as "by word of mouth.")

7. RNSIT-MBA partnered with LSEG & NASSCOM

We are happy to announce that NASSCOM Foundation and RNSIT, Department of MBA & Research Centre have partnered to offer "Tech Based Skilling and Employability - On campus skilling on BFSI". The program is a London Stock Exchange Group (Refinitive India) funded program for skilling of young people in India and implemented by NASSCOM Foundation partners.
