Organization Study, Summer Projects, Project Work

Organization Study

As per University guidelines, the Internship shall be for a period of 4/6 weeks immediately after the completion of 2nd semester examinations but before the commencement of the 3rd semester classes.

This presents the reality of a huge gap between the kind of skills and the kind of competencies that are required by industry and those being supplied by the institutions of higher education. We have been noticing that there is an excess supply of MBA’s who are academically qualified but do not find enough opportunities for jobs in the industry.

This Internship Mentoring program aims to bridge this gap via an interactive session

  • Faculty Mentors and Students during the course of the internship
  • Industry leads (CXO’S) who participate in the Viva-Voce program and provide students with real time feedback, do’s and don’ts which the students can incorporate and make themselves relevant to the needs of the industry.

  • Distinguishing between superficial and in-depth learning (through interactive dialogue between the student and examiner)
  • Objectively examining
    • factual recall
